In his classic bestselling business book GOOD TO GREAT (2002) Jim Collins talked about one of the GREATNESS PRINCIPLES called “technology accelerators.”
That was over 20 years ago, but it’s never been MORE TRUE than today.
There have been so many technological advances in so many areas of our lives in the past two and a half decades.
Medical advances/surgical procedures are just one example. It’s mind-blowing what and HOW so many things can be done today versus how they were done not that long ago. We don’t really even think much about the advances in technology with our CELL PHONES that have become SMART phones and all the apps that can do what was once unthinkable.
Enter Ai. Welcome to The Future!
Ai is everywhere, or will be soon. Alexa is famous.
In that same book Collins writes, “technology is viewed as an accelerator of momentum, not a creator of it." Great companies and organizations use technology strategically to enhance existing strengths and momentum…

1. Technology as an Accelerator, Not a Creator:
Collins argues that technology can amplify what a company already does well, but it cannot create greatness on its own.
Great companies use technology to enhance their core competencies and strategic advantage.

The latest BUZZ in today’s technology is without a doubt, Ai. Moreover HOW almost anyone can use Ai to ACCELERATE RESULTS in a variety of areas including selling, marketing, identifying and attracting NEW CUSTOMERS.
This is considered by many to be in its infancy, but in reality it is becoming more and more widespread—even in the automotive world, including with independent dealers.
