A one day ON-LINE ZOOM meeting the 8 hour licensing course requirements, approved by the South Carolina DMV.

WHO:
Anyone applying for a retail dealer license, you must attend an eight-hour pre-licensing course before you're issued a dealer license. The original certificate of course completion must be submitted with your application.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you're ready to launch a dealership.
The below steps must be completed before submitting your application:
Attend a Pre-licensing Course (non-franchise motor vehicle dealers only)
Request a courtesy pre-inspection of business location
File Articles of Authorization (if applicable: LLC, LLP, Inc., etc.)
Apply and obtain an SCDOR Retail License
Obtain city/county compliant documents
Apply for and obtain the national criminal report
Obtain the surety bond and Power of Attorney (for the appropriate amount)
Once completed the applicable, above steps, please submit all below documents per your license type.
